Job Description

Are you a highly charismatic, well-presented, and socially confident individual with a knack for organization, communication, and client interaction? We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a busy professional in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.

Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor

Salary: Attractive package for the right candidate

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support
  • Assist with client meetings, social functions, and entertainment
  • Perform general office and computer-based tasks (MS Office, email, basic design, etc.)
  • Accompany employer on business trips and engagements when required
  • Act as a friendly and professional liaison with clients and associates
Requirements:
  • Outgoing, confident, and people-oriented personality
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient with computers and tech-savvy
  • Willingness to travel and work late when needed
