  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing practices.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services according to company standards and project requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of IT products.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Work closely with IT and finance teams to forecast procurement needs and align purchases with budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, warranties, and vendor performance.
  • Support IT asset management by updating inventory systems.
  • Monitor software licensing and renewal schedules to prevent service disruptions.
  • Manage internet applications for HQ/branches with Internal Service Provider (ISP).
  • Ensure proper documentation of all purchases and submit complete documents (Invoice, DO/PL, GRN, PO, etc.) on a timely basis to the Finance department.
  • Maintain proper documentation of procurement decisions and vendor records to support audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete duties as needed.
