HR Employee and Industrial Relations Officer (IR / ER)

Flash Malaysia Express is excited to announce openings for 1 HR Employee and Industrial Relations Officer to become a part of our dynamic team.

Job Description:

• Represent the company in labor disputes.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and absence management.
• Assist in assigning cases to the team when needed.
• Serve as a secondary advisor for legal consultants and legal advisors on employment-related matters.
• Review policies and SOPs before main reviewers' approval.
• Assist in the execution of Anti-Fraud initiatives in Malaysia.
• Act as a secondary representative for SPRM/MACC.
• Coordinate interdepartmental cases involving COD and theft.
• Manage, execute, and monitor legal compliance.
• Support and guide employers in performance improvement.
• Review existing policies, procedures, and guidelines; propose changes when necessary.

Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably extensive experience in HR, Employee and Industrial Relations, with excellent execution in diversified workplaces.
• Ability to handle industrial relations matters independently, including employee discipline, domestic inquiries, and grievances.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multicultural communication skills.
• Willing to travel as required and have access to personal transportation.
