Job Description:

As aCustomer Service cum Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our education center. This role involves both front-desk responsibilities and administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in visitors and students.
  • Managing student check-ins, attendance, and class arrangements.
  • Handling general inquiries (in person, by phone, and online).
  • Ensuring classrooms are properly arranged with adequate tables and chairs based on daily updates.
  • Collecting feedback from students to improve service quality.
  • Supporting seasonal programs (e.g. Winter Camp, Summer Camp) and school events.
  • Assisting with documentation, filing, and basic data entry tasks.
  • Collaborating with the internal team to maintain a clean and organized floor environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Good communication skills inMandarinandEnglish(both spoken and written)."We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
