We're currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Hotel Supervisor / Assistant Manager to help lead our team and maintain the standards of excellence our guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
  • Assist in setting up the café/restaurant before and after service
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the guest experience
  • Support team members during peak hours or events
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage but not required (training provided)
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills
  • Able to work weekends or public holidays
  • Friendly, energetic, and a team player
  • Languages required: Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia
