Job Title: System Engineer Voice Data Support (for Alor Setar, KK, Sabah)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Deployment, installation, testing and commissioning of systems and parts in customers' premises.
2. To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
3. Diagnosing, troubleshooting system & network and solving related hardware or software faults.
4. Analyse, follow-up and resolve any support enquiries from customers and vendors.
5. Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot and find resolution for technical problems.
6. Continuously maintain, improve and share on technical knowledge and explore new technologies together with the team.
7. To provide telephone and remote support.
8. To conduct user and technical training, where applicable.
9. Able to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a time.
10. Establish a good working relationship with customers.
11. Able to work outside of normal working hours or weekends occasionally to support operations running 24x7.

Requirements:

1. Mandatory to have own car transport.
2. Job scope requires extensive travelling within Malaysia.
3. Diploma or University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
4. Strong working and technical knowledge in the telecommunication and computer infrastructure.
5. Candidate must be independent, have a proactive working attitude, passionate about technical skills and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
6. Strong communication skills both written and oral in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Great interpersonal, self-motivated and customer-focused with an outgoing personality and analytical mind.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Permanent or Contract Position

Job Location: HQ Kuala Lumpur, Alor Setar, KK and Sabah

Salary Range: RM2,500.00 to RM4,000.00
