We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Trust Administrator. This full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia, offering you a chance to make a significant impact on our growth.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Work within the Business Onboarding Support Team to support the Trust Commercial Team and Client Acceptance Team in delivering trust and corporate services, providing prompt, professional trust and company administration services.
  2. Ensure proper updating of all clients’ data, maintaining accuracy in the relevant systems.
  3. Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.
  4. Follow internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures in daily operations.
  5. Participate in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Key requirements:
  • Degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
  • Good technical knowledge of trusts; STEP qualification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Trust Administration services.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-financing terrorism policies, and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity, and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Inquisitive and self-motivated.
