About the job
Supply Chain Operations (SCO) connects our customers with IKEA products through optimized transport and logistics solutions, including replenishment, capacity planning, sourcing, and quality management.
As a Business Developer, you will ensure business objectives align with strategic directions and develop high-performing logistics service providers to meet current and future needs. Your role involves optimizing the value chain to offer better products and services at lower costs, reaching more customers.
Your key tasks include:
Qualifications include deep industry knowledge, experience with external partners, negotiation and project management skills, strong communication, legal understanding, and fluency in English. A university degree in logistics, economics, or business administration, or equivalent experience, is required.
