To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Flex PTP.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and is responsible for the lines' success.
2. Evaluates daily/regular plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiencies and quality.
3. Leads a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
4. Troubleshoots and analyzes operational problems and advises on their resolution. Coaches operators to improve performance and operational understanding.
5. Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with engineers to develop project proposals.
6. Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
7. Acts as an interface between the operation team and maintenance.
8. Engages in training and coaching junior operators.
9. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
10. Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
11. Assists in department budget planning and manages expenses.
12. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating staff on safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.
