Job description

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Our software is used in the conception and manufacturing of Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many objects in daily life.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software for products, focusing on exceeding customer expectations through high quality and timely delivery. Ensure the overall functional quality of the released product across all platforms and mechanisms. Work under close supervision with a moderate proficiency level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help design, develop, and implement new functionalities or improve existing features to enhance the product.
2. Fix bugs reported by customers or identified internally.
3. Develop unit tests for new code.
4. Write quality code to ensure extensibility.
5. Programming languages involved: JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, HTML & CSS.
6. Cloud platforms involved: Google Cloud Platform + Firebase is a plus; Amazon Web Services preferred.
