Job description

Supervise and coordinate the work of all Sales Administrators.

Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Act as a central point of contact between Sales Admins and Salespeople.

Compile reports and track key sales data across all admins.

Identify and resolve process gaps or inconsistencies.

Job Requirements:

Able to write and communicate in Mandarin; English will be an added advantage.

Candidate must possess at least a Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

At least one (1) year experience in a related field.

Strong understanding of Mathematics.

High adaptability to challenging environments.

Good computer skills, especially in Excel and ERP systems.

Good communication skills will be an added advantage.

Experience in the same industry is a plus.

Candidate must be responsible, independent, and possess problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Work 5 days a week.
