- Monitor daily production schedules to ensure daily output target achieved.

- Manage daily ERP Sage manufacturing system.

- Collaborate with the production team to address operation related issues.

2. Worker Management:

- Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.

- Coordinate shift schedules and resolve workforce-related concerns.

- Oversee the loading of finished goods into lorries/containers to ensure accuracy and proper handling.

- Verify documentation for outbound shipments and liaise with logistics teams.

4. Stock Receiving:

- Manage and verify incoming stock, ensuring quantities and quality meet standards.

- Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the relevant departments.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain records of production output, stock movements & workforce performance.

- Manage the stock inventory via ERP Sage manufacturing system.

- Prepare and submit reports to the Operations Manager regularly.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Assist in implementing new procedures and best practices across the operations team.
