Are you passionate about pharmaceutical sales? Do you have a proven track record in sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry? We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Product Specialist to join our newly set up Pharmacy Team at Compai Pharma.

The position

As leader of your territory, you will be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. You will measure, track, and analyze your area.

You will need to present your business plan for your territory on a regular basis.

In this role, you are expected to:

1. Contribute to the national business plan by achieving sales goals through the implementation of marketing and sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting our products to pharmacists in Key Accounts and Retail Pharmacies.
2. Demonstrate a high level of understanding of customer needs, anticipate and adapt action plans to maximize opportunities and address challenges.
3. Work with external stakeholders including Pharmacists, Business Category Buyers, Outlet Staffs, and internal stakeholders.
4. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, experience & skills

• Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related subject or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmacy sales coverage of at least 1-2 years (must-have) within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record based on exceptional commercial acumen and selling skills.
• Willing to travel outstation if necessary, and possess own car.
• Excellent selling skills, strong interpersonal & communication skills, organizational skills, positive attitude.
• Develop an expert-level understanding of the company's products or services.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand and articulate complex product features and functionalities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
