You will

• Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot.
• Assist the Spa Manager in the organization and management of the spa.
• Welcome the clients and organize the planning of their treatments.
• Ensure the promotion, advice, and sales of the treatments and beauty products to develop the Spa’s turnover.
• Carry out different types of beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese) according to the brand procedures with which Club Med works.
• Guarantee the quality of our services, the satisfaction of our clients, and their loyalty.
• Control and monitor the level of training of the spa team.
• Ensure the Club Med standards and respect hygiene and safety rules.
• Promote your activity within the Resort.
