Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain company IT systems including servers, networks, and office equipment.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Manage and maintain the company’s email system.
• Update and maintain the company website (content updates, performance monitoring, minor troubleshooting).
• Assist with onboarding and IT setup for new staff.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Support implementation of new IT solutions or enhancements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in IT support or system administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, domain/email management, and website content management systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML, DNS, and website hosting is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
