Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and manage clinic day-to-day activities, such as appointment scheduling and arranging cardiology rosters.
  2. Provide effective nursing care to patients.
  3. Dispense medication according to doctors' prescriptions.
  4. Assist doctors during medical procedures such as stress tests, incision and drainage (I&D), vaccinations, EECP therapy, ECG, dressing, and IV drips.
  5. Ensure patient safety and take appropriate actions to maintain a safe environment.
  6. Assist in stock control and prepare stock reports.
  7. Perform other tasks as requested.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistance.
  • Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board and hold a valid APC (for Staff Nurse & Medical Assistant).
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in ICU or Cardiology is an advantage.
  • Training experience with admin or allied health staff is preferred.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
  • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week.
