We’re looking for a tech-savvy Operations Manager with a background in backend development who’s ready to step into a strategic, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and automating internal processes—especially around invoicing, reporting, and systems integration. This role is ideal for you if you want to pivot from a developer / heavily tech focused role into Operations, bringing a builder mindset and a passion for process improvement.

YOUR TALENT

Must have :

• You have 3+ years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. You’re now looking to transition into a more Operations-focused role and move beyond purely development-focused work
• You’re proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience connecting and working with APIs and databases is a must
• You have a data-driven mindset and pay close attention to detail
• You’re passionate about optimizing and automating processes
• You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and be output / results-driven

Nice to have :

• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience using Jira
• Familiarity with invoicing systems or finance operations
• Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments

HAVE AN IMPACT

• Playing a key role in our operations team, focused on optimizing and automating internal processes
• Execute and continuously improve our existing invoicing automation process
• Build integrations between systems using APIs and databases
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, finance, business ops)
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
• Take ownership of operational efficiency projects from start to finish
