We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join us as a Device and Supply Chain Management Specialist. This role involves overseeing all aspects of device and supply chain management, with a strong focus on business planning, budget management, and integrated demand forecasting. You will also develop advanced analytics models and collaborate across all business segments and channels to ensure efficient operations, inventory availability, and maximize the entire value chain’s efficiency.

Accountabilities

1. Device and Supply Chain Planning and Budget Management: Develop, implement, and manage the overall device supply chain budget aligned with business ambitions. Continuously monitor and identify areas for improvement.
2. Integrated Demand Forecasting: Analyse sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts across all channels and segments, refining regularly to adapt to market changes.
3. Analytics and Optimization: Design and implement advanced analytics models to optimize inventory levels, supply chain efficiencies, and device performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decisions.
4. Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate supply chain performance. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
5. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies across the supply chain, negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers and logistics providers, and maintain quality and service levels.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Distribution business
• Experience with supply chain management software, proficient in SAP or equivalent
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong business acumen, ability to perform under pressure, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver
• Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative
