Job Responsibility
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitoring production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Inspecting incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, including records of inspections and testing.
- Compile and update all department Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) and safety policies
- Prepare daily output reports and compile data for analysis
- Maintain production QA/QC records
- Update and file maintenance and calibration records for instruments and equipment
- Monitor maintenance, servicing, calibration, and testing requirement to ensure timely execution
- Compliance to Workplace Safety, Health & Security Policy
- Report ant incident, accident, near miss, occupational disease, dangerous occurrence, or suspicious risks associated with the threat of terrorism
- Investigate, analyse, and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
