Qualifications & experience

Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field

Strong command of English in writing, listening, and speaking

At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in a banking or financial institution, preferably with experience managing cross-functional projects

Familiarity with software development methodologies and knowledge of business solution processes

Strong requirements management skills and experience in business process mapping

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct inquiries about developing new information systems to meet current and projected business needs
• Write functional specifications of user needs for application development, enhancements, and testing
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems
• Prepare functional, systems, and program specifications
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare project proposals
• Provide status updates on assigned projects
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
