Job Description
  1. Assist guests with check-in and check-out, along with other cashiering duties.
  2. Welcome guests upon arrival, register them, and issue room keys following departmental standards and procedures.
  3. Ensure members consistently receive all benefits, and that repeat guests and VIPs receive special recognition and service.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, with excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  2. Good communication and customer service skills, detail-oriented and service-driven.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team, self-motivated, energetic, and professionally groomed at all times.
