About the role

Yusin Machinery Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Yusin Group—a publicly listed brake system manufacturer in Taiwan—is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team. What you'll be doing

1. Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
3. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and support career progression.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce needs and challenges.
6. Oversee employee engagement and wellness programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

What we're looking for

1. Language: Chinese, English, and Malay.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
5. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to generate meaningful insights.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
