Operations Executive / Manager (F&B) - P8

Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and control operating costs.

Plan and execute outlet expansion, including ROI analysis.

Ensure consistent product quality and service delivery across all outlets.

Create, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Develop branding strategies to explore business opportunities.

Plan manpower needs, including for peak periods and succession planning.

Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to drive sales and enhance customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent.

Preferably experienced Managers specializing in F&B or equivalent.

Self-motivated & passionate about the F&B industry.

Possesses own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley / Penang area.
