• Promote and engage with all employees to build a positive company culture aligned with company core values and behaviors.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions: preparing and processing the company's payroll to ensure timely salary release.

• Assist in the recruitment process and interview arrangements.

• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.

• Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).

• Compile and update employee records for filing.

• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave.

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).

• Keep records of employees’ medical expenses and monitor medication claims.

• Coordinate training courses for all staff levels as approved by management.

• Maintain records of training course participants.

• Ensure the staff database is up-to-date and current.

• Assist employees in preparing documents and letters for banks and government agencies.

• Track confirmation or contract employees.

• Assist in preparing documents for visa applications and work permits.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and duties.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Head of Department.

• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HRM.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Active team player capable of interacting at all levels.

• Committed, self-motivated, independent, and energetic team player.

• Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude towards work.
