Job description

We are looking for a Procurement Protege who is passionate, eager to learn, and interested in growing within the procurement field. During this program, you will gain experience in vendor registration, multitasking, supporting the Vendor Registration Management System (VRMS), and more.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update the Contract Agreement Listing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Perform monthly updates on Open Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on outstanding items.
  3. Manage the vendor whitelisting process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Review and revise vendor payment terms to align with business needs and financial guidelines.
  5. Facilitate vendor partner registration and maintain accurate records.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize vendor relationships and ensure service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in office applications and relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
