About the role

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team on a contract basis at our office in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering projects, using your technical expertise to create detailed and accurate technical drawings and designs. What you'll be doing

1. Producing detailed technical drawings and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
2. Interpreting engineering specifications and requirements to create accurate technical documents
3. Collaborating with engineers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
4. Maintaining and updating technical documentation as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in engineering drafting or a related technical field
• Extensive experience as a Draftsman, preferably within the engineering industry
• Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate technical drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and other team members
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
