Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management, or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in EA, admin, or client coordination roles.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Able to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines.
- Willing to work in Jalan Genting Klang, Setapak.
- Willing to work beyond office hours when required.
- Preferably female candidates.

Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with Notion, Trello, Slack, or any CRM/project management tools.
- Experience in the finance, trading, or brokerage space.

Responsibilities
Meeting & Calendar Management
- Manage the CPO’s schedule, including setting appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Join and take minutes for internal & external meetings (Zoom or in-person).
- Track and ensure completion of action items discussed in meetings.
Client & Partnership Administration
- Assist in onboarding new clients/partners – collecting KYC, setting up folders, preparing agreements.
- Prepare NDAs, service agreements, or partnership documents with proper formatting.
- Follow up with partners/clients on pending tasks or signatures.
Proposal & Report Preparation
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports from various departments for the CPO.
- Analyze basic client or sales data and organize it into readable reports.
Team & Task Coordination
- Act as a bridge between the CPO and other departments (Legal, Creative, Ads, Sales).
- Track progress of internal tasks using project management tools or spreadsheets.
- Ensure smooth coordination of partner-related projects and campaigns.
Travel & Event Assistance
- Assist in arranging logistics for meetings, events, expos, or roadshows.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally with the CPO when required.
