We are looking for a product manager to join our team to manage and expand the market for our suite of Data Centre Infrastructure, IT Networking, Networking Security, Cybersecurity, and Structured Cabling products. Our ideal candidate will need to have excellent time management and interpersonal skills alongside technology and industry knowledge.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the products managed, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. Focus on emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation, cloud networking, security convergence (e.g., SASE), and network infrastructure.
2. Product Management: Manage project and vendor pipeline forecast to ensure business objectives are achieved. Oversee product management, inventory, delivery, and Go-To-Market execution.
3. Customer and Market Insight: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand industry trends, and translate these insights into actionable solutions to grow market share.
4. Relationship Management: Establish relationships with key technology partners, bring joint solutions to market, and manage end-user relationships through partner channels. Conduct market visits and maintain engagement with principals, partners, resellers, and end users to increase business opportunities.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth internal processes, optimize client satisfaction, and engagement.
6. Analysis & Evaluation: Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy and effective messaging.
7. Communication: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts and product strategies to diverse audiences, including technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Technical Expertise: Possess working technical knowledge in IT enterprise networking and security technologies such as WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, routing, and switching.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or relevant fields from a recognized institution.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager in network or network security.
3. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Independent and self-motivated.
7. Able to work under pressure.
