Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in RRCA activities.
• Coordinate daily Quality Clinic activities.
• Maintain Quality Clinic metrics and coordinate Quality Clinic certification.
• Track internal and supplier discrepancy and ensure closure of action items.
• Manage the non-conforming parts storage and disposition.
• Support internal and external audit.
• Take initiative to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency through the use of CORE methodology or technology.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CORE) activities to perform continuous improvement to existing equipment and processes aimed at improving productivity levels.
• Complies with all US and Malaysia Export Control Regulations
• Support EH&S Program and complies with EH&S Rules and Procedures
• Any other matters that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Quality/Engineering or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• High level of analytical skills and strong systemic mindset.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, self-motivated, independent and good team player.
