Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in RRCA activities.
- Coordinate daily Quality Clinic activities.
- Maintain Quality Clinic metrics and coordinate Quality Clinic certification.
- Track internal and supplier discrepancy and ensure closure of action items.
- Manage the non-conforming parts storage and disposition.
- Support internal and external audit.
- Take initiative to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency through the use of CORE methodology or technology.
- Participate in continuous improvement (CORE) activities to perform continuous improvement to existing equipment and processes aimed at improving productivity levels.
- Complies with all US and Malaysia Export Control Regulations
- Support EH&S Program and complies with EH&S Rules and Procedures
- Any other matters that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Quality/Engineering or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- High level of analytical skills and strong systemic mindset.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, independent and good team player.
