Job description

We are expanding! Join our dynamic team in the wellness and spa industry where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operations of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and plan the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  2. Verify journal entries and payment transactions prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy in double-entry postings.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  4. Handle the e-invoicing process in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
  6. Take responsibility for the overall finance operations process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Min LCCI /Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a finance/accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail with sound knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
  • Experience working in a listed company will be an added advantage.
