Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting/Finance or a related qualification.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount accounting system is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to interact with personnel at all levels.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week.
- Handle full set of accounts and complete monthly closing before deadlines.
- Manage daily accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis.
- Prepare general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
- Generate daily cash flow forecasts for financial management.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as instructed by management.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax agents.
