Job description

Job Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
  2. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  3. Possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting/Finance or a related qualification.
  4. Detail-oriented, meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount accounting system is an advantage.
  6. Strong communication skills to interact with personnel at all levels.
  7. Work schedule: 5 days per week.
  8. Handle full set of accounts and complete monthly closing before deadlines.
  9. Manage daily accounting operations.
  10. Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis.
  11. Prepare general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
  12. Generate daily cash flow forecasts for financial management.
  13. Prepare ad hoc reports as instructed by management.
  14. Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax agents.
