You will
- Manage 1 to 2 points of sale within the Resort.
- Personalize customer relations to optimize your turnover (welcome, needs assessment, advice, sales, and quality service).
- Take responsibility for merchandising Club Med products as a Brand Ambassador.
- Monitor and coordinate store performance indicators (KPIs, conversion rate, average basket, inventories).
- Identify opportunities to increase store traffic through event setup within the Resort.
- Coach and motivate your team daily, demonstrating exemplary character in sales, merchandising, customer service, and sales activities.
- Develop your team's skills through assessments, training via the Club Med University of Talents, and career growth opportunities.
