We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/Technician to assist with repair and maintenance tasks within the warehouse, both inside and outside the facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and vision, and supporting the supervisor in initiating, coordinating, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures aligned with management KPIs.

Span of Control

Coordinate and assist with warehouse repair and maintenance to ensure achievement of KPIs and effective completion of assigned tasks in line with management goals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Possess at least SPM, SKM certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical, or relevant fields.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse repair/maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work.
• Experience specifically in warehouse repair and maintenance is an advantage.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifts and/or different days off.
• Good team player with initiative, passion, and a pleasant personality.
