Trust & Safety Team

Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Business and Partnership Management Team

The Business and Partnership Management team (''BPM'') at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

Role Description

  1. You will work within a global team of Commercial Management and Contract Program Managers, and assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Leader.
  2. You will supervise the overall commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and Partners.
  3. You will own commercial contracts per Region and/or per Line of Business, from the initial business discussion to signatures.
  4. You will request Partners to implement commercial requirements, and implement corrective actions if you observe some deviation from their contracts.
  5. You will demonstrate business leadership at the time of the Sourcing cycle, set expectations with Procurement and Legal teams, and own Compliance in terms of process, policy and transparency to stakeholders.
  6. You will optimise agreements, pricing models, and overall spend management via a realistic understanding of Operations and Commercial Management.
  7. You will nurture existing and/or new commercial relationships with Partners, aiming to profitable business models for both Parties within an excellent commercial execution.
  8. You will be the owner of Statement of Works, Change Orders, Amendments, Benchmarks, updating Terms & Conditions, optimising business models via Change Management procedure.
  9. You will report to & assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Leader in charge of your learning curve and future performances.

Requirements

  1. Trust and Safety, BPO industry, Business Services, Customer Services, or eCommerce experience.
  2. Experience with Vendor Management and Partner Management.
  3. Have significant exposure to Commercial Management, Contract Management, and Global Agreements with Service Providers.
  4. End to end experience from Source to Pay (''S2P'').
  5. Familiar with Senior Leadership collaboration.
  6. Consulting and strategic thinking skills.
  7. Strategic and operational understanding.
  8. Cross-functional capabilities (Procurement, Legal, Finance).
  9. Action oriented, result focused, remove assumptions, optimization driven.
  10. Capability to build, accelerate and optimize commercial models and related processes.
  11. Proven track record in a varied and changing Commercial & Operations environment.
  12. Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
  13. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
