A leading company in the pastry industry is looking for a dedicated Pastry Chef to support daily operations, manage food costs, and ensure quality in production. 1. Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations and work.
2. Control food stocks and food costs in your section.
3. Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
4. Coordinate and participate with other sections regarding requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
5. Prepare daily mise-en-place for all pastry and bakery productions.
6. Perform any other duties as directed by the superior and company management.
