The Senior Analyst is responsible for evaluating North America region customers’ creditworthiness, identifying the appropriate level of credit risk, and proposing credit risk mitigation strategies to protect the business.
This position reports to the Beckman Coulter AR Team Leader, Credit Management, and is part of the Beckman Coulter Operating Company as well as the Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS), located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyze financial statements to assess the risk level of extending credit and prepare a credit risk mitigation plan.
• Generate financial ratios to assess the financial health of customers.
• Evaluate customers’ records and recommend payment terms based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
• Support Beckman Coulter NACO AR Team in conducting credit checks, order releases, verifying customer information, and other Credit Management tasks such as inputting customer data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably within Shared Services operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy in task completion, driving project initiatives, and working effectively under pressure.
• Required to work on a shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am MYT, in line with supporting the US team.
