About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Kulai, Johor. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and supporting our valued employees. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions for our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices

Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees

Managing employee records, benefits, and payroll administration

Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Coordinating employee engagement activities and training programs

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Managing the company's administrative functions, including facilities and office management

Serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team on HR and operational matters

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred.

At least 10 years of HR management experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Familiarity with RBA standards and audit practices is a plus.

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 standards is a plus.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
