Job description

Graphic Designer (Social, Branding & Campaign Design)

• Design engaging visual content (static posts, carousels, reels thumbnails) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

• Work closely with content creators to translate content ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

• Provide design assistance to various branches and internal departments on brand-compliant materials (e.g., property banners, agent templates, internal posters).

• Adapt central designs for localized use while maintaining brand consistency.

• Develop and maintain brand collaterals such as brochures, booklets, presentation decks, merchandise, and internal communication kits.

• Ensure all visual output aligns with PropNex’s branding tone and visual guidelines.

• Design visuals for offline and online campaigns including conventions, recruitment drives, training programs, and CSR initiatives.

• Create high-impact visuals such as backdrops, buntings, booth setups, digital screens, and promotional packs.

• Explore and integrate AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or DALL·E to streamline the design process and enhance creative output.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a design or creative marketing role (agency or in-house).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility across digital, print, and campaign work.

• Attention to detail, strong layout and typography skills, and ability to deliver under deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative team and responsive to feedback.

Bonus:

Familiarity with AI design tools and a willingness to stay updated with visual trends.
