Job summary

Job Description:

  1. Manage and supervise the full cycle of payment processes, including vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and statutory obligations.
  2. Review and verify payment requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  3. Prepare and present regular cash flow reports and variance analyses to senior management.
  4. Perform detailed analysis of company expenses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control.
  5. Assist in budget preparation and track actual expenses against budgets, explaining variances.
  6. Provide recommendations for improving expense efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve payment, cash management, and expense analysis processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are preferred.
  3. Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3 years of Big 4 audit experience preferred.
  4. Strong technical knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, and cash management.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
