Job description

Senior Project Implementation Analyst (HRMS/ESS/HRSS)

• Lead and implement the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS), and Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) modules.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with gap analysis.

• Conduct requirement studies, understand customer needs, and translate them into system configurations and settings.

• Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data from various departments.

• Manage and monitor minor projects from conception to implementation.

• Consolidate reports on budget status, forecasts, and project updates.

• Track meeting documents and update tracking records accordingly.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related HR field from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to ensure project scope and budget adherence.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
  • Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures; capable of planning and executing tasks with limited supervision; leadership qualities; creativity; ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to travel, possess own transportation, and be willing to reallocate as needed.
