• Lead and implement the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS), and Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) modules.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with gap analysis.
• Conduct requirement studies, understand customer needs, and translate them into system configurations and settings.
• Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data from various departments.
• Manage and monitor minor projects from conception to implementation.
• Consolidate reports on budget status, forecasts, and project updates.
• Track meeting documents and update tracking records accordingly.
