Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field; ACCA or related professional certification is preferred
  • At least six (6) years' experience as a Finance/Accounts Manager with proven success in leading a team
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in using accounting software systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform financial analysis, prepare periodic dashboards, financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts
  2. Lead and oversee the overall Financial Consolidation process
  3. Ensure that the organization's financial records and record-keeping methods comply with applicable standards and regulations
  4. Manage employees and contractors responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
  5. Review financial reports periodically and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  6. Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits
  7. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Compensation:

Up to MYR 11,000 (based on experience and academic qualification)
