Position: Senior HR Executive
Salary Package: RM3,500 - RM5,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company requirements
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a healthy company culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Handle disciplinary and termination processes in accordance with local labor laws
- Manage HR budgets and provide reports and metrics on HR activities
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, career development plans
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
