Position Details:

Position: Senior HR Executive

Salary Package: RM3,500 - RM5,000

Working Location: Eco Botanic, JB

Company Background: Recruitment Agency

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company requirements
  • Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a healthy company culture
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Handle disciplinary and termination processes in accordance with local labor laws
  • Manage HR budgets and provide reports and metrics on HR activities
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, career development plans
Job Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
