Responsibilities:

1. Manage various types of Rotating Equipment, including pumps, compressors, mixers, fans, and engines.
2. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, and cooling fans.
3. Follow safety protocols for all maintenance work, adhering to procedures and specifications.
4. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance, inspections, and maintain repair records.
5. Utilize technical documentation, measurements, and tools during maintenance activities.
6. Collaborate within a team, maintaining good housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
7. Maintain a daily log sheet of work and progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
8. Participate in company-organized trainings for safety and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in Rotating Equipment service & maintenance.
2. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3. Familiar with handling precision tools such as caliper and micrometers.
4. Able to read & interpret P&ID.
5. Possess good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Fit to perform work inclusive of working at height, confined space and using air supplied breathing equipment when necessary.
7. Any vocational qualification is an advantage.
8. Willing to be based in Port Dickson Refinery.
