Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this role will be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of data across commerce stores, sales, paid media, owned/earned media, CRM and first-party data to drive performance optimization. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-marking and fuel growth marketing efforts.

What You Will Achieve

  • Collect, Manage and Organize Available Data
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (commerce stores, sales, paid media, owned media, CRM, and earned media) to identify key performance trends and strategic insights
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, including media effectiveness, user journeys, checkout funnels, merchandising & promotional effectiveness, traffic sufficiency, forecasting, and competitor benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track commerce and marketing KPIs, including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, traffic sufficiency, and more
  • Lead the creation of data-driven performance reports for key stakeholders, delivering insights into campaign performance and opportunities for optimization
  • Optimization and Strategy Support
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance store performance and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, enabling data-informed strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with growth marketers to design and implement A/B tests and other experimental approaches to continuously optimize the consumer experience across channels
  • Identify and assess new opportunities for growth by analyzing customer data and market trends
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with Media Leads, CRM Leads, Brand Marketing teams, and other partners to ensure data is properly integrated and strategically leveraged in the decision-making process
  • Communicate findings and insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and impactful way, translating complex data into actionable recommendations

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience in data & analytics within marketing and/or media function, ideally in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills; fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and digital trends, with a focus on driving innovation and impact
