Requirements
Job Purpose
- To oversee Marketing for Affordable Home Projects (SEED), reporting directly to the General Manager (GM, Development Services).
- The role includes the overall planning and implementation of effective Development and Phase Marketing Plans and ensuring the timely execution of all New Launches as per Budget Plan, as well as clearing unsold stock.
Job Responsibilities
Branding
- To lead Brand Positioning of new SDP product.
- To prepare and coordinate with the central marketing team to craft communication and media plans to implement branding strategies.
Product
- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Develop a marketing plan for products supported by the marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support customer retention and acquisition.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, review competitor activities, and monitor changes in consumer needs/wants (Market Intelligence).
Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
- Formulate pricing strategies using market intelligence.
- Work closely with other teams to monitor cost movements.
- Analyze price change requests from the sales team, evaluating margin impact, potential volume, and competitor pricing.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns.
- Track market trends and stay updated on competitor prices.
- Develop overall marketing objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure marketability and salability of all products.
- Execute product marketing launch processes, strategize on market positioning and value propositions to facilitate communication and sales.
- Oversee end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all new product launches, ensuring success.
- Implement action plans to market and sell 'not new' launches and completed stock.
Promotion
- Set overall sales strategy, ensure channel and launch readiness, and manage quarterly and long-term planning.
- Translate strategy into tactics, programs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
- Drive decisions for product lines to define market opportunities and develop product launch strategies.
Pre Sales Planning
- Develop strategies for reaching customers and generating sales leads.
- Provide financial analysis support to the sales team for negotiation planning.
- Ensure tracking of sales objectives and promotion effectiveness.
- Develop promotion analysis frameworks and analyze ROI on promotional investments.
Education & Professional Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in property development, commercial & retail development, or real estate management.
