We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Event Executive to lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of events that elevate our brand and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute integrated event strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Communications, and Digital teams to conceptualize high-impact events that boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Explore innovative event formats and strategic partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.
Event Execution & Operations
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, budgeting, timelines, vendor liaison, and on-site coordination.
  • Lead the creation of event collaterals and promotional content to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Ensure all events deliver exceptional experiences and reflect the brand’s standards.
Budget & ROI Management
  • Plan, monitor, and manage event budgets with strong cost control and fiscal responsibility.
  • Track and reconcile expenses, manage vendor invoices, and evaluate ROI for each initiative.
  • Seek creative ways to increase impact without exceeding budget.
Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather feedback from attendees, partners, and internal teams to assess success and identify gaps.
  • Analyze KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and lead quality to measure performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-mortem reports with actionable insights.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay informed on event trends, technologies, and competitor strategies.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and attendee satisfaction.
Team Collaboration & Support
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior event team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive event narratives and marketing alignment.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in event or experiential marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of leading successful B2C and/or B2B events.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong project and time management skills; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Proficient in event tools/platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
