Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, staff training & development.
  • Work closely with the H.O.D. to understand their recruitment and selection requirements in order to meet the hiring needs on a timely basis.
  • Ensure the performance evaluation; appraisal and job grading are processed with the deadline.
  • Responsible to coordinate, organize and prepare the training and development plan for the Company, HRDF matters, oversees and monitors entire training activities to suit the Company requirements.
  • Responsible for preparing payroll, welfare & compensation and ensure payment on time.
  • Ensure that the company's policies & procedures are adhered to and in compliance with the legal requirements & Employment Act.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, and staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by following employment laws.
  • Liaise with any relevant Government Department and local authorities in matters related to employment and workers welfare e.g. Labor Office, immigration, LHDN, EPF and SOCSO.
  • Preparation of the HR related letters such as confirmation letter, termination, salary and benefit adjustment, bonus payout letter, transfer letter, authorization letter, show cause letter, warning letter and etc.
  • Assist to stipulate preventive action and continual improvement plan for the department.
  • Lead the department towards department goal and objectives.
  • Ensure circulars / memos issued pertaining to issues to employees.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or related field
  • At least 5 years working experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR best practices
