Job Summary

To manage and develop profitable relationships with customers under the portfolio by managing customer trade growth, revenues, and utilization. To provide trade consultancy services to address customer needs and expectations, protect the Bank’s interests, and increase the Bank’s market share of the core business.

Job Requirements
  • Ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery of trade products to all internal & external customers by constant engagement and provide advisory.
  • Manage and monitor customers’ trade utilizations and business relationships of Transaction Banking customers, identifying customer needs and sales opportunities by developing suitable proposals on products, services, and structures.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and provide good support with customers through scheduled visits and calls, addressing customer requirements and proposing solutions to Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure the interests of the bank are protected from any losses through exercising due care and diligence in discharging duties and strict adherence to internal procedures and audit requirements.
  • Conduct training on Trade Products, E-Trade, Financial Supply Chain (FSC), and other trade solutions to internal/external customers.
  • Provide Trade Sales activities reports, such as Pipeline Report, E-Trade, FSC, etc., on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Support the bank’s regulatory requirements in compliance with Notices under Foreign Exchange Administration Rules, including transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious transactions, and staff training.
  • Support BCP/DRP activities to ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of a disaster.
  • Support product development, system enhancement, process improvement, and control.
  • Participate in projects and any other tasks or assignments as requested by superiors.
