About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at BORNEO SPECIALIST HOSPITAL SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining our accounts credit control functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile accounts
2. Conduct credit checks and establish appropriate credit limits for customers
3. Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
4. Liaise with customers to resolve billing or payment issues
5. Prepare reports on credit control activities
6. Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts credit control, preferably in healthcare
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with large data volumes
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills to build positive relationships
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
