Overview
MasterCard Worldwide is a leading global payments solutions provider. The Acceptance group's vision is to enable a world beyond cash through technology and strategic partnerships. We create seamless experiences for consumers and enable merchants to reach them effectively. The Security Solutions (SSO) team manages risk, fraud, cybersecurity, and authentication products to protect the integrity of electronic payments and ensure secure interactions across digital and physical channels.

The role involves product management responsibilities, including launching and supporting the SSO consulting program. Key focus areas include managing existing and new products, data sharing programs planned for 2025 and beyond, and working closely with various teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer value.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the product point of contact for payment verification and authentication products, supporting market strategy and growth.
  2. Support go-to-market strategies for payment and identity verification services in the AP region.
  3. Develop and implement go-to-market plans for authentication and identity solutions that secure various digital transactions.
  4. Collaborate with Mastercard teams to establish integrated plans across markets and segments.
  5. Ensure revenue targets are achieved for SSO products and services.
  6. Work with customer success teams to maximize customer value.
  7. Coordinate market-facing bundles and monitor opportunity pipelines for the SSO consulting program.
  8. Gather customer feedback and communicate emerging needs to global product teams.

  • Proven success in cross-functional partner support for product strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with industry knowledge.
  • 8+ years in product management or solution engineering, preferably in payments.
  • Experience with product management methodologies and technical communication.
